Property info

Domus Residence is a holiday home residence, not a hotel: therefore we cannot provide food and drink (so meals are excluded) and there is no daily tidying up, cleaning and changing of linen in the accommodation. At Domus Residence you can choose among 24 flats – of various sizes and fully furnished – all located in an ancient building that underwent conservative restructuring works, respecting the local typical layouts. Refreshment stop for travellers who were crossing the Alps in the past, today Domus Residence is characterised by a cosy atmosphere, modern comforts and high-quality city hospitality. And Nature is just a few kilometres away.

Domus Residence is located in the heart of Domodossola, where you will feel at home, not far from restaurants and shops, the train station and the main roads that will take you to enjoy the natural environment of the province of Vco and the bordering Switzerland. Domodossola offers numerous itineraries: you can cross the Borgo on foot to discover the history until Sacred Mount Calvary, continuing along the presses and mills street until Tappia; you can reach Baceno to visit San Gaudenzio and Orridi di Uriezzo until Parco Naturale del Devero; you can visit Montecrestese with its ancient ruins of ancient settlements; you can walk through the Alpine villages of Santa Maria Maggiore and Malesco on-board Vigezzina train, and then descend to Locarno Ticino (CH). There are many beautiful options, come to discover them!
