The Residence Don Antonio is a structure inaugurated in June 2012. It consists of 6 apartments, 2 Deluxe that can accommodate 4 to 6 people, 2 standards that can accommodate 4 people and 2 apartments with one room that can be inhabited by 1 or 2 people. All the apartments are equipped with air conditioning in all the rooms, they are also included complete kitchen with retractable, washing machine, private terrace, Wi-Fi and objects for the cleaning of the house. The structure is also equipped with high quality objects, thermal windows and obscued for maximum comfort and the maximum treatment of privacy.
Hi I'm Salvatore Amelio, I am the owner of the residence Don Antonio and I am an entrepreneur.
The district where the Residence Don Antonio is located, is located in front of the Piazzetta of Sellia Marina. It is located in a strategic point of the area that easily allows the attainment of areas such as the Castella, Isola Capo Rizzuto, the red beaches, Crotone, Catanzaro Lido, Soverato, Pietragrande and even the Sila, with less than half an hour of car for each locality. The Residence is located 30 minutes from Lamezia Airport, 30 minutes from Lamezia railway station and 30 minutes from the airport of Crotone.
