Where an Ente Maremma farmhouse once stood, an art publisher has recreated a cluster of houses in the style of an ancient country residence and its outbuildings, designed for peaceful relaxation, with a swimming pool and all modern amenities. Set between the countryside and the sea, it is just a few kilometres from the beautiful beaches stretching along the coast towards the Argentario Peninsula. Direct access to the Via Aurelia provides immediate connection to the main coastal road of the Tyrrhenian coast, while a wide choice of restaurants and the ancient village of Capalbio are just a few minutes' drive away. Children aged 12 and over are welcome.

Beaches: we have a special arrangement with King Beach, a small and peaceful beach just a 5-minute drive away, offering a special rate of 20 Euros per day for 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol. Other beaches, both free and equipped with beach facilities, are located within a 10–30-minute drive, towards Ansedonia and the Argentario area. Here are some of them: La Dogana, Ultima Spiaggia, Al Cartello in Ansedonia, and Macchiatonda Parasol. Towards Argentario, you will also find the beautiful Feniglia Nature Reserve, where you can rent bicycles. It features a large pine forest and a long free-access beach, with two beach resorts at either end. Restaurants: the entire area, from Pescia Romana to Capalbio, offers a wide choice of charming local restaurants serving traditional dishes and regional specialities. Other cultural and natural sites within a 30-minute drive: the Tarot Garden, the Vulci Archaeological and Naturalistic Park, located at the site of the ancient Etruscan-Roman metropolis of Vulci, the Burano Lake Nature Reserve and WWF Oasis, and the Vulci Thermal Baths.
