Welcome to our vacation home in Capodarco, a hilltop town offering breathtaking views. The property is a brand-new apartment located on the second floor (no elevator) of a family villa. It features three spacious, light-filled bedrooms, two of which are equipped with air conditioning. The living area consists of a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen containing everything you need: refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (with pods), kettle, toaster, and, of course, a complete set of cutlery and cookware. A Smart TV and free Wi-Fi are available for guests to relax and unwind. In the sleeping area, you will find two full bathrooms equipped with a toilet, shower stall, hairdryer, and sink; one of the bathrooms also includes a washing machine. We also provide bed linen and towels, along with a welcome kit. Guests have access to private parking in the apartment's courtyard. We love animals and are happy to welcome them into our home 🐶🐱. To ensure the apartment remains spotless for future guests (especially those with allergies or sensitivities), we perform a deep clean after stays involving pets. To cover this extra service, an extra fee of fourty euros may be applied in addition to the standard cleaning cost; this will be requested during the self check-in process. Once your booking is confirmed, online check-in will be handled via our management provider's dedicated software, designed to make the process quick and easy. During this procedure, you will be asked to: 1. Pay the local tourist tax required by the municipality. 2. Upload identification documents for all guests, as required by law (Art. 109 of TULPS), to verify identities and comply with regulatory obligations. 3. Sign a tourist rental agreement in Italian, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law no. 50/2017.
