La posizione strategica ,in pieno centro ad un isolato dal corso principale via Di Palma e via d'Aquino,dotato di tutti i comfort ,la struttura è a 700 m dal museo archeologico Nazionale di Taranto il Marta e 900 m dal famoso castello Aragonese,ben collegato con gli aereoporti situati a circa 80 km dalla struttura ,inoltre si può facilmente raggiungere le famose spiaggie joniche ben collegate con la città
