The neighborhood provides all main services within a short distance, including supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, and public services. Within a few minutes’ walk you’ll find Lidl and Esselunga, as well as several stores such as Prenatal, Toys Center, OVS, and the Seconda Strada clothing outlet. The area is particularly pleasant thanks to its green spaces. Nearby there are two parks: a smaller park located above the Esselunga supermarket, featuring two children’s playgrounds—one designed for younger kids (around 3–4 years old) and another suitable for older children—ideal for short walks and family time; and the larger “Parco Adriano” (about a 10-minute walk away), perfect for running, outdoor activities, or simply relaxing. Public transportation is convenient and easily accessible, allowing you to get around Milan comfortably even without a car. The Green Line (M2 – “Crescenzago” stop) of the metro is about a 10-minute walk from the property. A dedicated private parking space is available within the residential complex, making the apartment convenient also for guests traveling by car.
