A bathroom with a complete shower completes the interior layout, while the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The WiFi connection and the TV will make your stay even more enjoyable. The individual gas heating ensures a always welcoming environment, while the balcony will allow you to enjoy splendid panoramic views. Perfect for families and couples, this apartment offers a quiet and functional environment. ATTENTION: Access to the apartment is via an unpaved road, regularly cleared of snow, but which during winter may have icy sections. For this reason, winter tyres or snow chains are essential. In some instances, direct access to the house might not be completely free. In such a case, the car should be left in the internal courtyard of the property and not in the space in front of the condominium, to avoid the risk of being blocked with the vehicle.
