Beautiful newly renovated apartment 200 meters from the beach. It has a bedroom with double bed plus an extra single bed, a living room with sofa bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and large balcony with sea view equipped with tables and chairs for eating outside. Ideal for couples, couples with children or groups of up to 3 adults (not recommended for larger groups).

About 1.5 km away is Lavagna with its many sites of interest such as the Torre dei Fieschi, Basilica of Santo Stefano, Casa Carbone and the Monumental Cemetery. In Lavagna there is also a large marina that offers the possibility of boat tours and where there is a diving for those who want to dive. You can easily move on foot to reach Cavi di Lavagna and the beach. Public transport is close and convenient to reach other places such as Sestri Levante famous for its nightlife and for the high amount of beaches with attractions for the biggest (beach volleyball fields, football, beach bars ...) and for the more children (like the rides), is easily accessible both by car in about 10 minutes, both by bus or on foot along the 5 km that separate it from our apartment. And if you want to take a day trip, in just 30 minutes by train you arrive at 5 Terre.
