Stylish apartment in the exclusive Ma&Ma complex (5 star hotel) at Punta Tegge. Beautiful sunset view of the gulf from the terrace. Thoughtfully furnished, it is equipped with everything (Nespresso etc.). Guests have the whole apartment at their disposal. A minimum of 3 nights is requested for rent. Located inside a private residential area the apartment is very quiet and safe. Private parking space is available for free. The sea is accessible in minutes by foot. Nearby several restaurants including a pizzeria (also take awai). The hotel offers paid access to the SPA. The hotel is NOT open all year round. The apartment is a five minute drive from the City of La Maddalena (20 minutes walk) but there are also restaurants within walking distance in 5 minutes. Punta Tegge beach is very close to a few minutes from home. The other very famous islands of the archipelago such as Budelli and Spargi can be reached by boat (there are many offers) while Caprera can be reached by car through a bridge. The archipelago is a National Park, so protected and in fact the nature and fauna are wonderful and preserved. There is a great respect for nature and the environment.
