This unique place has a style all its own. Located in the heart of Costa Smeralda, it is surrounded by the garden’s greenery, making it a very peaceful and relaxing place for your vacation. Ideal for a holiday or remote working, it is a new house, modernly furnished and very well equipped. Just 10 mins away from areas best beaches, 15 mins away from iconic places like Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, and only 15 mins away from the International Airport of Olbia. The house consists of 2 independent suits, each with a private bathroom, entrance and dressing, with a common large terrace, pool and open air fully equipped kitchen.
We are a very friendly international couple and we love to host people to see them have a wonderful time away from home exploring our area, get charged by the nature and beauty, have a proper rest and recover. We are focusing on making our guests feeling welcomed, always available to give an advice or discuss their experiences.
The villa is located in the heart of Costa Smeralda which offers some of the best beaches of Sardinia and access to beautiful islands of La Magdalena and Tavolara. Nearby there are nice villages like San Pantaleo (10 mins by car) and beauitful ports of Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo (15 mins drive). Plenty of dining options, a shop nearby and Olbia and the airport are only 15 mins drive away.
