The house has been completely renovated. All interiors, fixtures, doors, furnishings, and especially the bathrooms are in perfect, like-new condition. The property is very airy, particularly in the evening. Starting from May 2024, the new outdoor swimming pool will be available, set among the stunning hills of the Marche region with sea and countryside views. A GREEN home, featuring a new photovoltaic system, a wall box for electric vehicle charging, and a new air-conditioning system in all bedrooms.
I work in Verona, but whenever I can, I return to my homeland, the sea.
The house is located 300 meters from the sea while at the same time being surrounded by the greenery of nature and the beautiful hills of the Marche region. To access the beaches, you need to travel about 1 km using an underpass. About 1 km to the south, you will find pebble beaches with both beach clubs and free public beaches. About 1 km to the north of the house, you can find the famous “Velvet Beach”; here too there are both free beaches and fully equipped beach resorts. It is a perfect location for families: children can play safely as the property is completely fenced. Also within 1 km you will find restaurants, a bakery, bars, supermarkets, fresh pasta shops, a pharmacy, and more. The center of Senigallia is about 5 km away, less than 10 minutes by car. The area is ideal for cycling excursions through the wonderful Marche hills. About 30 km away you can visit the stunning Conero Riviera, or head inland to enjoy the fantastic medieval villages of the Castelli di Jesi. Also not to be missed are the famous Frasassi Caves, located about 40 km from the house.
