Finding your place in the world is the result of the efforts and dreams of a lifetime. Today such a place exists, it is found halfway between Siena and Montalcino and is called Agriturismo Monsole. Take the dirt road that from the small town of Torrenieri winds through the gentle hills of Val d'Orcia. After a few kilometers, halfway between the loose earth of the fields and the endless sky, you will find an ancient Tuscan villa. Almost fifty years ago, my father discovered this small paradise and decided to restore an old ‚casa colonica‘ following the simple architectural rules of traditional rural villas. Take a look all around yourselves: from Agriturismo Monsole, sight is heeded by nothing but the horizon. This is my place in the world and I am glad to share it with you. Come and visit me, I will offer you kind hospitality and will do anything I can to make you feel at home. See you soon! Carmela
