A small, completely independent barn, nestled in an olive grove, nestled in the tranquil beauty of one of Lucca's most beautiful hills. Just 15 minutes from Lucca city center. Breathtaking views and a private garden. Equipped with a double bed on a comfortable mezzanine and a single sofa bed. A convenient kitchenette with every comfort, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom.
I'm an antiques dealer who sells vintage items in a shop in Lucca, but I'm also a craftsman who works with a variety of materials. In my spare time, I build gypsy wagons.
Nestled in an olive grove and on the edge of a forest, this property measures approximately 5 hectares, at 30 meters above sea level. Numerous hiking trails start directly from the house. It is 15-20 minutes from the city of Lucca, 35 minutes from the sea, and 45 minutes from Florence and Pisa. Absolute silence and starry nights await.
