Con una recentissima e moderna ristrutturazione nei suoi 80 mq , siamo situati a 3 min. dalla spiaggia del Poetto e a meno di 15 da porto e aeroporto ( traffico permettendo). Troverete il posto ideale per trascorrere sia il soggiorno di lavoro che di vacanza all'insegna del relax ,e punto di partenza strategico per scoprire alcune delle spiagge più belle dell'isola.L'appartamento è composto di cucina attrezzata completa di elettrodomestici di ultima generazione (piano cottura ad induzione con pentole adeguate, forno); bagno con doccia, bidet e asciugacapelli; una camera da letto matrimoniale; una camera con divano letto ; ampio soggiorno con divano letto; balcone a livello attrezzato per i momenti di relax. Su richiesta i nostri ospiti avranno a disposizione lenzuola e asciugamani. La casa è dotata di Wi-Fi, TV e aria condizionata/riscaldamento. Mettiamo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti un ombrellone da spiaggia.
Durante il soggiorno saremo a disposizione degli ospiti per aiutarli ad avere un gradevole soggiorno. Saremo contenti di fornire informazioni sulla città e suggerimenti per escursioni (spiagge, siti archeologici, trekking, sport...)
