The property is located in Via Auriga n. 27, a relatively quiet street about 150 meters from the central boulevard of Bibione (Viale delle Costellazioni), nearby several restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket (about 80 meters), with covered parking, one per apartment. Always at about 100 meters i find the main church of Bibione (opposite the center) and its park. The bus station is about 200 meters, adjacent to the weekly market that takes place on Tuesday in the large parking lot in front of the station itself. Not far from the station are the post offices and the citizen LUNA PARK.
