Brand new flat at 100 metres from the beach and the beautiful "Passeggiata" of Viareggio. Suitable to accommodate 4 people, is located on the first floor without lift and consists of living room with dining area and kitchenette, double bedroom, second bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. The flat is well equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, dishwasher, microwave but NOT washing machine.
