La proprietà si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo e immerso nel verde, ma al contempo in pieno centro storico di Ferrara (NO ZTL), vicino a tutti i principali luoghi di interesse turistico e servizi. Lo spazio interno è così strutturato: -> PIANO TERRA: accesso allo scalone che porta all'appartamento. -> PRIMO PIANO: - CUCINA con piano cottura a gas, forno elettrico, frigorifero, moka, bollitore, calici da vino, utensili da cucina e tavolo: - BALCONE con arredamenti da esterno; - SOGGIORNO con divano e tavolo da pranzo; - BAGNO 1° con vasca da bagno e doccia - 3 CAMERE DA LETTO (due matrimoniali, una singola). -> SECONDO PIANO: - BAGNO 2° con box doccia.
