The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

With an entrance on the first floor, it consists of a colorful and bright living room with fully equipped kitchenette, dining area with table and living area with large sofa, wall-mounted HD LCD TV and WIFI. The living room and kitchen overlook a balcony with a unique view of the mountains, equipped with outdoor table and chairs for relaxing summer dinners. Next to the living room, through a hallway, you can access the two bedrooms, both with double beds; again from the hallway, you can access the bathroom with sink, shower box, toilet.
