Hello there, I’m Guido. Together with my brother, I started managing short-term rentals in Milan back in 2015. What began as a small side project has now become a real passion and a full professional activity. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of welcoming guests from all over the world — travellers, families, professionals, and students — and I’ve discovered how rewarding it is to make people feel at home while visiting Milan. My goal has always been simple: to offer apartments that are clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and to ensure that every stay is smooth and pleasant from start to finish. I personally take care of communication with guests and the organisation of every detail, from check-in to maintenance. I speak English fairly well (and German, though admittedly a bit rusty!) and I’m always happy to help with advice, information, or local tips about Milan and its surroundings. Whether you’re coming for work, study, or leisure, I’ll do my best to make your stay as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. Administrative information: Please note that the amount displayed on the portal includes the owner's rent and the fee for the ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

The communal garden is a small green corner shared with residents, where you can breathe an authentic neighborhood atmosphere. Independent access with self check-in, linen included, and the possibility of parking that is not reserved but usually available at the back of the condominium.
