Historic villa surrounded by greenery with spectacular views of the Golfo Paradiso all the way to Capo Mele. Enjoy the sun all day and breathtaking sunsets over Camogli. Private garden area, fruit trees, and a barbecue for outdoor dining. Perfect for those seeking relaxation, nature, and the authenticity of the Ligurian Riviera, just minutes from the sea, reachable on foot through the typical "crêuze" (typical Ligurian alleys). The Portofino Natural Park is nearby. The villa is not far from the beach, accessible on foot via the characteristic Ligurian hillside roads, surrounded by trees that line the late 19th-century villas. The return journey is a bit uphill, but two elevators from the center take you halfway up the hill, making the journey easier. Alternatively, buses stop right outside the house's gate.

The station is also not far away, and trains can easily reach the nearby towns of Genoa, Rapallo, the Cinque Terre, and Sestri Levante! From the pier you can take the boat to San Fruttuoso, Portofino, Punta Chiappa or even to Genoa and the Cinque Terre.
