Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix, a microwave, a coffee maker, an induction hob, an electric kettle, and free private parking are just some of the amenities that Golf & Sea Residence offers you. You can also enjoy all the condominium amenities (SERVICES FOR A FEE and BY RESERVATION), such as a private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, a golf course, a tennis court, and restaurants. 🏞️ LOCATION: The exclusive Is Molas PULA condominium is surrounded by 650 hectares of Mediterranean scrub, a 10-minute drive from the stunning white beaches of southern Sardinia (such as Nora, Chia, Tuerredda, Santa Margherita, Su Giudeu). The house overlooks the sea and borders the beautiful Gutturu Mannu Natural Park (5 minutes by car), where you can go trekking and mountain biking along its many kilometers of trails, birdwatching, or picnicking in its equipped areas. Also worth visiting are the wonderful archaeological site of Nora (the oldest city in Sardinia, dating back to the 9th century BC) and the colorful town of Pula (full of restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, markets, shops, and all tourist services). A car is strongly recommended because the condominium is very large, however, you will find the bus stop in front of the Is Molas entrance gate. Sea, relaxation, fun, sports, culture, excellent traditional food, and nightlife! Whether you're a couple, with friends, or with family, you'll find everything you're looking for here! ✈️🚢🚗
