Hi there! After years of working in the Bologna area, we decided to bring our hospitality experience to our own city too, and today we manage more than 15 properties in beautiful Modena. Just a 10-minute drive from Maranello and 30 minutes from Modena, the small historic village of Montagnana, perched on its ridge, offers an atmosphere of peace and a breathtaking hillside view. A handful of houses, sweeping views over the surrounding hills, a museum, a trattoria and an acetaia (balsamic vinegar cellar). Here you'll find yourself in a place of great peace, tranquility and nature, yet very close to all the city's amenities. --- GETTING AROUND: Maranello is the nearest town center. It's 8km away, about a 10-minute drive. Modena's city center is about 25km away (35 minutes by car). CAR: Having a car is definitely the best option to make the most of the area, allowing you to freely explore the surroundings and reach the city and its services in just a few minutes. TAXI: Taxis in Maranello are limited and should be booked in advance. BUS: Bus line 800 runs about every hour (from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm) and stops 50 meters from the house, connecting to both Maranello (15 min) and central Modena (45 min).
