Completing the online registration is MANDATORY in order to access the apartment. - SELF CHECK-IN: Instructions on retrieving the keys and accessing the apartment will be provided after completing online registration. Keys can be retrieved free of charge via on-site keybox. In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm. - IN-PERSON CHECK-IN: A member of our staff will welcome you at our office at Via Feltre 188 - Belluno (1 km from the apartment). The office is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. During office hours, check-in will be self-service.
