To ensure a pleasant and seamless stay, please carefully read the following logistical notes: Non-Hotel Property & Check-in: We are a guesthouse/alternative accommodation, not a hotel, and there is no physical reception desk on-site. Upon your arrival, you will not find staff at the property. Our office is located at Vicolo del Vo' No. 9. Online Check-in (Recommended): If you choose to complete your check-in online prior to your arrival, you will receive instructions for direct, automated access to the property, completely bypassing the need to visit our office first. Location & Parking: We are located in the heart of the historic center (a restricted traffic zone - ZTL). For this reason, the partner/recommended parking lot is located about a 5-minute walk from the property. Property Characteristics: Soul of Trento is a historic residence spread over multiple levels and features a fully automated and digitalized access system. Due to its architectural layout and the technological management of access via smartphone/codes, the property may be less suitable for guests who prefer in-person assistance on-site or who are less familiar with digital and home-automation systems.
