Upon arrival, there will be no staff present at the property. Our main office is located at Vicolo del Vo' n. 9. Online Check-in (Recommended): If you complete the online check-in prior to your arrival, you will receive instructions for direct, automated access to the property—eliminating the need to visit our office first. Location & Parking: We are located in the heart of the historic city center (a Limited Traffic Zone - ZTL). For this reason, our partner/recommended parking area is located approximately a 5-minute walk from the property.
