Welcome to my holiday flat, situated in a quiet location amidst greenery. It is located in Rablà, a small hamlet in the municipality of Parcines, which is about 10 km from Merano. The entire flat is completely renovated in 2025 and is flooded with natural light. It has a furnished kitchen with new appliances and all accessories, a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with sofa bed and TV, a cosy balcony for relaxing and eating, a private bathroom with shower, washing machine and personal care products and a private cellar for storing bicycles. Free wifi is available throughout the flat. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Despite its location in the middle of the countryside, the flat is perfectly connected to public transport such as bus, train and cable car. These are in the immediate vicinity, as are the cycle path and various hiking routes. A paradise for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers!
