Our structure is a detached house, located in Cagliari, near the Massimo theater, 300 meters from the heart of the city, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, full of typical restaurants, pubs, bookshops, frequented at every hour. The house is equipped with the latest generation of air conditioning, two flat-screen TVs, one positioned in the living room and another in the bedroom, spacious wardrobes and a kitchen with all the furnishings and crockery at your complete disposal. It is also equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and vacuum cleaner. Inside the house you will find everything you need for breakfast, including a coffee machine and capsules, herbal teas and various snacks. The house is 5 minutes walk from the city center, 10 minutes from the central Piazza Yenne, and only 3 minutes by car from the train station. Getting to Poetto, the most famous beach in Cagliari, takes just 15 minutes, you have to take the bus line PQ or PF from the nearby Via Roma.
The house is located in the Stampace district, one of the four historic districts of Cagliari, enclosed between Largo Carlo Felice, via Ospedale, viale Buon Cammino, viale Merello, Corso Vittorio and viale Trieste. The archaeological sites in the proximity are the Roman amphitheater, the Villa di Tigellio, the church of Santa Restituta and Sant'Efisio and the Orto dei Cappucini.
