Property info

Entire apartment on the ground floor of about 110mt2 composed as follows: Large living area open-plan living room kitchen, fully equipped and service bathroom. The sleeping area is divided into 2 large double bedrooms that can be divided into 3 single beds per bedroom or 1 double bed and 1 single bed per room. The capacity of 8 overnight guests is achieved by adding two single beds in the living area. The second bathroom, in the sleeping area. All areas are served by conditioning.

Neighborhood info

Quiet neighbourhood with plenty of amenities. Verona Fiere is just 800m from the property, ideal for those working or visiting. Two bus stations easily connect the property with Verona Porta Nuova Station and the Historic Centre. Both stops, numbers 23 and 62 respectively, are within 100m of the apartment and provide the connection mentioned every 18 minutes until 20:00. From 20:00, the evening service begins, every 40 minutes until midnight. The ticket is always the same: URBANO. Check the ATV Verona app for purchase. Radio Taxi Verona is always available.
