In the city center between the station and the port, HomyHome is a charming studio flat located on the 13th floor facing the sea. Open space composed of a double bedroom, a small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, equipped kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. HomyHome is located a few steps from the Civitavecchia railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties as the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs. Furnished in a modern style, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi connection, bed linen, towels and bathroom products.

A few meters on foot you reach the seafront, a very busy area with a beach, restaurants, bars, a pizzeria, shopping streets and the railway station where there are also shuttle buses connecting with the port. Adjacent to the structure there is a shopping center with a DEM supermarket, bar, beauty salon, hairdresser. A free car park about 50 meters away or the possibility of paying private parking. Its location is ideal for those who need to reach cruise ships or ferries to Sardinia and Sicily.
