A welcoming three-room apartment on the ground floor, with a furnished terrace and a small private garden area overlooking a shared pool – perfect for a refreshing dip in the morning or relaxing after a day at the beach. The pool is between 1.00 and 1.10 meters deep, making it ideal for cooling off and unwinding, though not suitable for swimming. It is available from June 1st to September 30th. The apartment is nestled among the pink granite rocks of Costa Paradiso, in a truly unique natural setting. The interiors are comfortable and well-kept – ideal for a holiday as a couple, with family, or with friends. There’s a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi, coffee machine, washing machine, iron and ironing board are all available. A small grocery store is just a five-minute drive away for anything you may need. Pets are more than welcome, for a small additional fee. Li Cossi beach – one of the most beautiful on the island – is just a ten-minute drive away, followed by a scenic walk through Mediterranean scents and breathtaking views. A perfect place for those seeking peace, nature, and authenticity. Tourist tax to be paid on site at check-in, in cash only: euro 2 per person per night, for up to 10 nights. Children up to 9 years old and seniors aged 75 and over are exempt.

Costa Paradiso was developed in the 1960s among the pink cliffs of Gallura, and today it stands as a natural gem between Santa Teresa Gallura and Castelsardo. Formed by wind-sculpted granite rocks and lush Mediterranean scrub, it’s a true paradise for lovers of wild, unspoiled nature. The area boasts breathtaking coves: Cala Li Cossi, just 10 minutes by car and another 10 on foot along a scenic trail through myrtle bushes and rocky outcrops, is one of the most enchanting beaches in Sardinia. A little further along the coast lie Cala Li Tinnari and Cala Sarraina, small bays framed by pink cliffs and crystal-clear waters. For panoramic views, don’t miss the viewpoints of Punta Canneddi, Cala Li Cossi, and Monte Tinnari, offering sweeping vistas over sea, rocks, and lush vegetation. Recommended hikes include Capo Testa, Valle della Luna, and the Monti Russu promontory – all wild trails rich in natural beauty and historical charm. Heading inland, the medieval village of Aggius is home to the Ethnographic Museum, which showcases traditional Gallurese textiles and craftsmanship. Just a few kilometers away, the coastal hamlet of Isola Rossa is notable for its scenic islet and a striking 16th-century Spanish watchtower.
