Company info

Piero was born in Abruzzo but lived abroad for 20 years. Together with Letizia (wife) returned to live in Italy in 1999. After a long spell in the construction business, decided in 2014 to restore this farmhouse, enjoying this project, concentrating on detail, creating a little gem with the purpose of sharing this with guests, in a warm and homely environment.

Property info

We were inspired by the beautiful setting across a lake, the magnificent views of the countryside and Majella mountain, the easy access to reach the property and the close distance to historical centre, motorway and sea. The portico and terrace allows relaxation, the bbq area permits you to enjoy meals outdoors and evenings around the fireplace. The main house is subdivided in two apartments and surrounded by 3000 sqm of land (sleeps 13 persons) cribs available. Cottage newly built permitting further living/sleeping space for 9 persons. Tha main house has two living areas, two dining areas, six bedrooms, four bathrooms, bbq area and panaramic terrace. The cottage with sofa bed, loft above living area with double bed, two bedrooms (which can be used as two single beds or double beds). Main bedroom, further loft with single bed. Ensuite bathroom. Covered portico area with barbeque area. Reserving maximum 13 people main house. Cottage for 9 persons. Total 22 persons. Winter months, heating paid upon consumption. For the period 27 December until 7 January cautionary deposit of Euro 500 to be paid in cash upon arrival and shall be reimbursed if no damage.

This home offers tranquillity, great views and yet not isolated as you are within walking distance to the historical centre of the town.. I Tre Laghi is 9 km away from Pescara North – Città Sant’Angelo’s toll booth along the A14 Bari -.Bologna motorway. The town itself offers all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, chemist, banks, post office, theatre, weekly markets and on bus route to Pescara station. Ten minutes to beaches, approximately an hour ‘s drive to the four Abruzzo Parks (Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, Majella National Park, Molise National Park and Sirente Velino Regional Park. One hour drive to skiing resorts such as Roccaraso, Passo Lanciano, Campo Felice or La Magnola. This area is also ideal for cycling and fishing. Horse riding facilities in the vicinity.
