The Borgo del Sole is located in the exclusive residential complex La Residenza del Sole 2 built with quality materials and equipped with an indoor swimming pool and lifeguard service in the summer. The structure consists of 2 large double bedrooms, equipped with modern furniture and with air conditioning, a large internal living room where there are equipped kitchen, double sofa bed, TV corner with smart TV and Wifi. Outside there is a large veranda with table and chairs where you can relax while waiting to grill good fish or steaks in the large outdoor barbecue. All around the house there is a beautiful fully paved garden, protected by climbing plants and hedges to preserve your privacy. The structure is completed by the 2 verandas of the double bedrooms, in which you will find an additional set of outdoor furniture and sun loungers, which can be brought to the poolside on occasion. Set of Towels, sheets, pillows ect will be provided at no additional cost.
Hi, I'm Ivan, the owner of Borgo del Sole and I have already welcomed my guests in our first structure 'La Casa dei Poeti' always in the beautiful Villasimius. We have decided to expand our offer with this beautiful structure in the exclusive context of the Residenza del Sole in order to give our guests a broader perspective on this beautiful city, as we call it La Perla del Sud Sardegna, with its splendid beaches and excellent food will make you spend unforgettable holidays.
Less than 300 meters from the structure is the EuroSpin with always fresh products and charging stations for electric cars. In the evening it is possible to walk to via Umberto, which is about 500 meters away, which is closed and becomes pedestrianized to open the outdoor markets with the stalls of the various local artisans, crossing which you can find all the restaurants and clubs all around.
