The house is distributed over two floors, providing spacious and comfortable areas tailored to accommodate up to 4 guests (ideal for families or small groups): On the lower floor: You will be welcomed by a cozy living room, enhanced by a large, traditional fireplace—perfect for a relaxing evening atmosphere—which opens onto a kitchen fully equipped with all modern appliances. A dedicated TV room and a convenient half-bath (powder room) complete this level. On the upper floor: The sleeping area features two separate bedrooms—a comfortable double bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds—as well as the main bathroom. The true highlight of the property is the beautiful and spacious outdoor terrace. Here, you can gather around a table shaded by a charming, traditional pergola, making it the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning or dine al fresco in the evening while gazing at the stunning surrounding mountain landscape.
