Finely furnished structure, located in the green hills of Monopoli, "Il Casale Di Kevin" offers in each unit: patio, air-conditioned area, free Wi-Fi, fridge and kettle, independent entrances for each room and private bathrooms. Some accommodations offer an equipped kitchen or kitchenette. On our hills you can enjoy a cool climate even on sultry summer evenings. Children aged 0-2 years can stay for free and a cot will be provided upon request and at no additional cost. In the common green spaces there are: private parking available for any vehicle and at no additional cost; a table football table and a sink. At guests' disposal there are fruit trees (cherries, figs, grapes, walnuts, lotuses, etc...) from which it is possible to collect and taste fruit, according to the season. Our breakfast is a buffet and is equipped with products for all tastes and intolerances (celiac disease, lactose, etc.). Every morning, depending on availability, homemade products will also be baked (bread, cakes, taralli, biscuits, Lecce's pasticciotti, etc.).

Il Casale di Kevin is located in a strategic point: just 7km from the sea of Monopoli-Capitolo, 8km from the Castellana Caves, 12km from Polignano a Mare and 15km from Alberobello. With a 15-minute drive you can reach the Fasano Zoosafari and the Egnazia Aquapark; in 20 minutes you arrive at beautiful Ostuni and in 60 you reach Matera, the former capital of European culture. Our customers are very happy with it. Near the structure there are several renowned pizzerias, restaurants with both land and sea dishes and excellent barbecues.
