A characteristic farmhouse in tuff renovated with taste for detail and love for the rustic kind. A quiet and very secluded place able to evoke very suggestive atmospheres thanks to the two large panoramic terraces, overlooking the forest and the surrounding uncontaminated mountains. The interior is welcoming and made even intimate by the presence of two wood burning fireplaces. The exposed stone walls, the wooden ceilings and the wrought iron chandeliers make the place particularly evocative.
I am a lover of past atmospheres; I love nature and my origins.
Strong historical and environmental interests, undeniable landscapes of great beauty, structures of considerable architectural and religious interest such as the Benedictine monasteries dating back to the 6th century AD. In addition to the history that permeates this land there is also a wide range of leisure: relaxation, sports, fun like rafting, canoeing, rock climbing and in the gym, caving, canyoning, mountain biking, orienteering, hiking, winter sports, cross-country skiing , descent, bobsleigh, snowshoes and mountain and country horseback riding, with the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park as a huge reservoir and natural scenery.
