We have a garden with a Gazebo and barbecue, a patio and a wood oven. The guest apartment is very spacious and has it's own entrance. We only take one reservation at the time so that you will never share the apartment with strangers. Strategic for it's position, Il Ciliegio stands in the middle, half hour from Rome and half hour from Tivoli (Villa D'Este and Villa Adriana). We are 4 minutes away from the train station and also very close to the highway E 45. The charming country house is 5 minutes away from the beautiful Cretone pools. Our guests have discounts on week days. Il Ciliegio is a great place for families with children, for those that after sight seeing, or being sporty, need a relaxing cozy place to come back to. Perfect for biking, sight seeing the old Mediaeval towns and castles, five minutes from horseback rides, minutes away from the train station "Piana Bella di Montelibretti". The train crosses Rome with many stops and ends inside the Leonardo Da Vinci airport.

I am your host :) I'm a singer-songwriter, my husband Luca is a jazz musician. We have a professional recording studio and together with our daughter we have put much love in preparing this country apartment for our guests. We live on the top floor. The bottom floor guest apartment is independent. I speak perfect English, Italian, good German. My daughter Sara Jane speaks good Spanish. I love music, gardening, good healthy food, dance, and traveling. I prepare vegan and vegetarian sweets on request. HOUSE RULES The entrance gate must remain closed at all times. Smoking is allowed only in the open space areas. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden, still it is a passing aerea. Guests must leave the apartment in appropriate conditions, in particular we expect guests to make a judicious use of the kitchen regarding eventual strong and persistent smells, in respect of the next guests, otherwise there will be an extra fee. A barbecue is available in the gazebo. We have separate waste collection on the grounds, guests are required to respect that. Unfortunately we can't allow cats in the property.

The neighborhood is beautifully quiet but with lot's in the nearby. We Have the spring pools of Cretone (discounts for all our guests), the mountains of Monte Gennaro and Monte Pellecchia to climb or walk (20 minutes away), the ancient historical towns of Monterotondo (15 minutes), Tivoli (30 minutes) and Palombara Sabina (15 minutes) with their many restaurants, pubs, clubs and shops. Horseback riding 5 minutes away, and last but not least, Rome 30 minutes away with our train station that's 4 minutes from home! So, you choose, from quiet to very busy, we have it pretty much covered.
