The beauty of the hills overlooking the Adriatic sea, in a country house which offers all the comforts. The vaste park surrounding the pool, the unique of the landscapes, the cozy apartments carefully designed, the different available Formulas, will make your holiday unforgettable. Additional fares available on request and payable on site only : B&B FORMULA, it includes breakfast served at requested time in the apartment or in the garden. You can choose between a big variety of food and beverages according to international or typical italian breakfasts. The cost for this service is 15 Euro per person. RELAX FORMULA, if you want to be pampered you can choose this option that includes the cleaning of the apartment and the change of linen and towels. This service is available as many times as you want during your staying and costs 30 euro per time. It can be requested during the booking or you can ask for it during your vacation with 1 day notice period. BOTH OF THESE FORMULAS MAY BE NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE: PLEASE ASK IN ADVANCE .
It will be my pleasure to welcome you on your arrival and assist you during your staying with information on what to do and where to go. As I leave in another part of the house, I will be available for any needs.
In 5 minutes drive you can get to the famous sand beaches of the Adriatic coast. In a small village close by you can find a gas station, a pharmacy, a market, a bank and hair saloon. 6 kms north or south there are main towns Pesaro and Fano with all the services you might require. On the surrounding hills you can visit a lot of historical sites, small villages and castles ( i.e. Novilara, Gradara, Urbino, San Marino, San Leo and so many others) with art history and typical food of this area of Italy
