Old house, walls of stones and wood ceilings. The B&B is at the 1st floor , that has been completely restored and it is very confortable, with a great view on the lake and the mountains. Has only two confortable rooms , very quiet. This year we have added another bathroom so now both rooms are en-suite. Private entrance and separate garden for sunbathing. Bikers welcome, we have private parking. Very pleasant surroundings. Large terrace good for tanning, or for having breakfast....or a sundowner!! There is complete Breakfast corner shared by the guests.
Friendly and communicative.
We have a beautiful lake, with a big island where no cars are allowed. We are in on the edge of Franciacorta, ehere the best wineries are. We are 1/2 an hour driving from very nice ski resorts. We are 1/2 an hour from the AUTODROMO DI FRANCIACORTA, great for track days !
