The B&B is located in a residential and panoramic area. The rooms are spacious and bright, furnished with taste and attention to detail. On your request, we can add a third bed. Guests have access to a beautiful garden where you can relax, read or smoke and have breakfast during the warm season. In the garden there are beautiful, well-kept and affectionate cats. In the B&B there is freedom for coming back at any time. Parking is free on the street in front of the house. In a few minutes walk guests will reach the historical center of Tivoli, Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana. Just a few minutes walk from the B&B there is a bus stop to go to nearby areas, Villa Adriana and Rome. Near the B&B there are grocery stores and fruit store. The rooms are equipped with en suite bathroom, bed linen and towels,TV, free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, soaps. The rooms are cleaned daily. Animals are allowed
Alisa, the owner of the house, runs the bed and breakfast from the concierge to the preparation of breakfast, taking care of every single detail. She is a member of the FAI (Italian Environment Fund) and loves animals, art, nature and local traditions. Thanks to numerous courses attended, she is also the quality food and wine expert. She can you recommend, and, on request, also take you on food and wine tours, historic sites and hiking/trekking trails in the area.
The bed and breakfast is located in a residential and quiet area of Tivoli, with a beautiful view of Rome. A few minutes walk you can reach the historic center, Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana. Just a few minutes walk from the b&b there is a bus stop to go to nearby areas, Villa Adriana and Rome. Safe and free parking is on the street in front of the B&B. For guests who enjoy walking, close to the B&B there is an easy dirt track surrounded by ancient olive trees which also offers beautiful view and sunsets of Rome.
