Nice and cozy loft of about 38 square meters composed by a single room with kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, window with a little view on the lake and a mezzanine wood futon double bed to complete the sleeping area; characteristic also the bathroom covered in terracotta and slate with shower cabin. Equipped with: wi-fi zone, smart tv, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, hairdryer, bed linen, bath towels with shower-shampoo and soap, washing machine/ dryer, iron and ironing board.
Possibility of transfer to and from Fiumicino airport
Located in the lower part of the historic village, Il Loft del Lago is located 50mt from the Piazza del Molo and overlooks the historic Piazza del Lavatoio, a few meters from restaurants and clubs, close to the beach of the lakefront "La Rena"; the Loft is located a few meters from the church of S.Biagio (year 1527) and its strategic position allows you to visit the whole country and its peculiarities, relax and live the lake without having to use the car; Free parking and paid parking depending on the time of year near, free 4 minutes walk.
