I am a One man show and I love to welcome you into my paradise, to explain to you how everything works and interacts, and have you taste my organic products. i multiply my own seed and reduce inputs into our farms in every way possible, trying to create a sustainable regenerative agro-ecosystem where everything is in balance. I love to produce food as much as I love to cook it, every day the menu is new and designed on actual availability on farm and guest desires. I love baking and creating deserts as well as making jams and juices or other preserves like vegetables sweet and sour, ketchups, vegetables in olive oil……. My 2 kids love to show to their new friends what nature has to give and our farm animals love to cuddle or interact. Part of the team are dogs, cats, goats, sheep, cows, horse, rabbits, chickens, geese and ducks, bees and lots of wild animals like birds, squirrels and porcupines.

Property info

Il Molinaccio al Rio Chiaro is a small family farm, self-sufficient and organic, producing vegetables, fruits, oil, jams, juices, pesto and other preserves, cheese, meet which are than used in the farm restaurant. The farmhouse itself is an ancient watermill build around 1870 transformed into a rural guest house and restaurant surrounded by luxurious nature and the Rio Chiaro itself, a small river which clear waters form beautiful small waterfalls just behind the house, next to the currant field. The charm lies in its simplicity and its complex balance with nature, the fresh, seasonal, home-grown tasty food available al year long, the many animals that live free range around the farmhouse. No modern luxuries just true values and warm welcome.
