Cosy one-bedroom apartment in the historic centre of Sestri Levante in a unique position on the main alley just 100m from the Baia del Silenzio (Portobello) and the Baia delle Favole; in the heart of the pedestrian area very close to restaurants, shops and bars. Very quiet, it is the ideal solution for a pleasant beach holiday or a romantic weekend. Fully equipped, including bed linen and towels, on the first floor (no lift) with inner view.
Accommodation 2 guests = double bed or two single beds; 3 guests = double bed or two single beds + single sofa bed. The beds and the sofa bed are in the bedroom; single beds must be requested upon booking ---- Children accommodation under 3 years = double bed with parents (baby cot and high chairs not available); over 3 years = single sofa bed ---- Free uncovered parking space at 350m in a private courtyard available from 3pm on arrival day until 11am on departure day; in case of reservations within 72 hours prior to arrival, the parking space is on request subject to availability ---- Cleaning of the apartment during your stay is not included; linen is changed every 7 days ---- There is no reception service. The arrival time must be communicated at least one day before check-in; the flat keys must be collected before 8pm
