Relax with the whole family in this countryside accommodation a few km from Foiano della Chiana. This wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located on the first floor of the Piccolo Podere and features a kitchen, a panoramic terrace and a private patio where you can have your meals. Guests can also take advantage of the garden which is shared with the owners, and will also have 2 private parking spaces and a private entrance. Free Wi-Fi inside the accommodation. Il Piccolo Podere is a 19th century manor house, with a fully fenced garden, immersed in the green Tuscan hills near the Valdichiana exit of the A1 motorway. The location is strategic from which it is possible to quickly reach the most beautiful cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo and Perugia. The apartment on the first floor is accessed only by stairs through a private entrance, it has two bedrooms, one with a double and a single bed and the other with a double bed. Each room has its own bathroom which has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Guests can relax either on the private terrace where you can sip while enjoying the sunrise or on the private patio in front of the entrance where we find a sofa with armchairs and a large table for dining. Adjacent to the bedrooms is the kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare meals (gas cooker with 4 burners, electric oven, fridge/frizzer, moka coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.) consequently it is possible to stay also for longer periods. On the ground floor of the farmhouse there is a laundry area with a washing machine where guests can access. The completely fenced garden is shared with the owners while the patio with the BBQ is private. The two private parking spaces complete the property.

Let me introduce myself, I'm Rossano and I've just turned 50 but I still feel like a teenager :) I love traveling the world alone to learn more about other cultures and fully understand the customs of other peoples. I couldn't live without listening to my music, especially metal and electro. I decided to start this experience by making the passion I have for my land, the wonderful Tuscany, available to my guests.

The car is absolutely essential to move independently and to explore the area, unfortunately public transport is lacking. The closest train station is in Foiano della Chiana, about 2 km away and can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The toll booth of the A1 motorway is about 3 km from the house. Val di Chiana is a valley of alluvial origin located in central Italy which includes the two provinces of Arezzo and Siena. The farmhouse is located in the Arezzo area where some historical and architectural jewels shine such as Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Monte San Savino, Gargonza, Civitella and Lucignano. In about half an hour by car you can reach the Chianti area, the Valdorcia or the Casentino Park. Being on the border with the Umbria region, you can choose to visit Lake Trasimeno or Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio.
