The property enjoys a panoramic location overlooking the “Sleeping Beauty” mountains, where guests can admire breathtaking sunsets surrounded by the peaceful Abruzzese countryside. 🛏️ Rooms Our rooms are designed in a simple, comfortable style and offer beautiful views of the surrounding hills and countryside. They also feature a 70 m² terrace for the exclusive use of B&B guests, perfect for enjoying a private brunch or a light meal, even with food purchased outside the property. Each accommodation includes free Wi‑Fi, LED TV, minibar, natural‑water dispenser, kettle, hot plate, and microwave, ensuring convenience and comfort throughout your stay. 🌊 Swimming Pool Use of the swimming pool (swim cap required) is included in the rate from 9:30 am to  5:00 pm. At other times, the pool may be reserved exclusively for private events or parties, so guest access cannot always be guaranteed. Please check pool availability for the dates of your stay. Every year on August 15th, we host our Summer Celebration: on that day, pool use is connected to the event and available by reservation only.
