Poggiolo di Levante is a 60 sqm apartment, located in Marcelli of Numana, a seaside town on the south coast of the Conero promontory. The structure is part of the Pineta Residence, a complex of pretty and tidy small terraced buildings, with lawn, swimming pool and bar (season open 08/06) only for exclusive use of condominiums. The apartment offers a living room with outdoor space equipped with a tent for outdoor dining, kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, washing machine, TV and double sofa bed in the living room. Umbrella on the beach included in the rate.

Marcelli is a perfect place for those looking for a holiday full of comfort and is just minutes from Mount Conero and its main towns, Numana, Sirolo and Camerano.
