IL PORTICO is located in an enchanting courtyard dating from 1711, in the center of the ancient village of Arlate. Every room is different from one another. The traditional architecture blends in perfect harmony with the modernity of the interior design. The luxurious rooms are equipped with Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine and elegant marble bathrooms. IL PORTICO also offers a lounge with sofas and a reading corner. Wi-Fi is free in all the building including the outdoor spaces such as the terrace and the courtyard.
Immersed in the Adda river National Park, surrounded by history and nature, IL PORTICO is located in a strategic position, were you can easily reach the most important places in Lombardy. Milan, Monza, Bergamo, Como, Lecco, Bellagio, the Franciacorta vineyards ... can all be reached in less than an hour. Also for those who love the mountains, the Alpine panoramas of Valtellina and Valchiavenna await you for pleasant excursions. In the surrounding area, however, it is possible to discover some treasures of Brianza, places that have inspired some great Italians of the past such as Leonardo Da Vinci and Alessandro Manzoni. Climbing the endless staircase of the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Bosco, walking along the Adda river and crossing it on the Leonardesco ferry, enjoying an excellent ice cream in the historic center of Brivio, are just some of the pleasant experiences that can be lived, just a few steps from Il Portico. .
