Welcome to Il sogno di Tania, a home born from a passion for details and the desire to give new life to things. This space has been created with care, attention and a personal touch: many elements have been restored, reinvented or handmade to offer a unique, cosy and authentic atmosphere. The apartment, approximately 70 m², features a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed) and a bathroom. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is ideal for couples, families or small groups. The interiors are designed to combine comfort and practicality, with well-organised spaces and thoughtful details that make your stay enjoyable: a relaxing area, a coffee station to start the day slowly and everything you need to feel at home. Here you will find not just accommodation, but a place to slow down, relax and enjoy an experience made of simplicity, care and personality. It is my hope that you will find the same sense of serenity and attention with which this home was created.

I love nature, observing the little things and connecting with people, because I believe that every encounter and every smile can make someone’s journey even more special.

The area offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere, with historic alleys, views of the cathedral and the charm of the most genuine Tuscany. Pescia is a town rich in history, traditions and events. The historic centre is home to the Cathedral, churches and ancient buildings, while nearby you can visit the Paper Museum of Pietrabuona, the Hesperidarium dedicated to citrus fruits, and Collodi, famous for Pinocchio Park, the historic Garzoni Garden and the Butterfly House. A short distance away lies Barga, “the most Scottish town in Italy”, famous for the “Barga Scottish Festival” with bagpipes, Celtic dances, kilt parades and traditional tastings. Nature and cycling lovers can explore the “Svizzera Pesciatina”, with hilltop villages, chestnut woods, panoramic routes for trekking and cycling, and bike rental points nearby. Throughout the year, the town hosts “Pescia Antiqua”, the Palio degli Arcieri, historic car and motorcycle gatherings and the “Granfondo del Vento – Tuscany Extreme”, an international cycling event through Tuscan hills and landscapes. The nearby railway station and bus stops make it easy to visit the main Tuscan cities and the coast.
