The house is surrounded by a large garden, shaded by tall trees with a beautiful 6x12 mt. swimming pool, depth 1,30-1,80 mt. which enjoys a wide view. The 60 square metres of terrace at the front of the building has garden furniture and is the perfect place for sunbathing. From the terrace there is an unsurpassed view. At guests disposal five-a-side football and volleyball field, basket, table tennis, table football and barbecue. GROUND FLOOR: Spacious kitchen-dining room with open fireplace, living room with open fireplace, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower, bathroom with washbasin and toilet, laundry room. FIRST FLOOR: This floor can be reached by means of two different internal staircases, one which enters at the front and the other at the back; both connect with the downstairs living room.
