Independent new apartment in the center of Este, near the Duomo. Energy-saving wooden house, with air purification and underfloor heating-cooling system. The technical construction features make the stay extremely pleasant. Furniture & design - Downstairs modern kitchen, sofa bed and Smart TV (with Netflix and Prime). Bedroom and bathroom upstairs, romantic-retro style. Apartment a few steps from the Duomo. Extremely quiet. Little terrace accessible from the bedroom (useful for smokers). Free parking inside the court. The apartment is very quiet. Possibility of loading / unloading luggage in the inner courtyard. In accordance with current legislation, a contract for tourist rent is required.
Este is 30 km from Abano Terme, 35 km from Padua, 70 km from Venice. Este Train Station is a 5-minute drive from the apartment and a 20-minute walk away. Trains to Venice every hour, travel time 1 hour.
