Property info

Magnificent independent villa with bio-pool surrounded by a huge garden and a private wood. The Villa is located in a privileged position overlooking the lake; Villa Dossello is an incredible expression of architecture and design. The Villa is immersed in nature and in a peaceful place, but you can walk (5 minutes) to the village of Solto Collina to have an excellent breakfast in the traditional bakery, or to go shopping. The Villa is served by a private road, so traveling by car is simple and comfortable, in order to fully enjoy the attractions of our lake. The Villa is composed as follows: Ground floor double room bathroom with shower kitchen with dining room large living room with reading area and access to the garden with outdoor table First floor 2 double bedrooms 2 bathrooms with shower attic room with 2 double beds (perfect for young kids) The caretaker lives on the property with his family. In the apartment we have prepared a book for you, which contains all the information you need to have a comfortable stay and authentic experiences directly in the apartment (wine tasting, private chef, yoga and meditation ... ).

Solto Collina is a pretty village on the hills of Lake Iseo, surrounded by greenery and a stone's throw from the lake. In addition to the romantic atmosphere that characterize the country, there are many attractions throughout the year and for all ages and tastes. For people who love sports, there are plenty of activities to do on the lake, such as sailing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, kayaking or rowing. Furthermore, there is the possibility of practicing winter sports in the nearby ski areas. There are also facilities for playing tennis, soccer, volleyball, basketball or swimming. If you like nature, this is the place for you! There are several excursions (on foot, on horseback or by mountain bike) that start from the town. You could also take a boat trip on Lake Iseo and go to the beautiful Montisola, the largest island of all European lakes. Last but not least, in the vicinity there are also several culinary specialties to be discovered such as the Franciacorta wines and local products produced by local farms. It is recommended to have the machine to be able to move in total autonomy.
